SonarQube Cloud now supports the scanning of Java 21 code.

SonarQube Cloud now offers to fix your Quality Gate so that new code follows the Clean as You Code methodology.

Navigate to your Quality Gate page and select the option “Review and Fix this Quality Gate.”

SonarQube Cloud will offer suggested adjustments aligned with Clean as You Code best practice that will gradually reduce technical debt in your overall code.

SonarQube Cloud has expanded its scanning capabilities to include Helm Chart files, adding to our existing support for Kubernetes.

If you have a repository with Helm Chart, Kubernetes templates, and values.yaml, SonarQube Cloud interprets these to scan your Helm Chart files.

Paid organizations now have the option only to allow private projects. This will prevent the accidental creation of public projects.

Activating this option requires an active SonarQube Cloud subscription and for the organization not to have any public projects.

We just added support for PL/I, VB6, and RPG on SonarQube Cloud for both CI-based and automatic analysis. We now support the same set of languages on SonarQube Cloud and SonarQube Server.
