  • Yes. We offer a free plan to explore SonarQube using your private projects up to 50k LoC. Sign up here.

Where can I find detailed information about each of the new SonarQube Cloud Enterprise features?

  • The SonarQube Cloud documentation is the best resource to explore more detailed information on the new features and how to implement them. This specific page contains information on how to create and manage an enterprise.

As an existing SonarQube Cloud customer with a legacy monthly subscription, what changes will I see?

  • This launch does not impact your SonarQube Cloud service and billing - there's no immediate action required. However, all monthly legacy orgs will be migrated to the Team plan. Please see the email from Sonar to your admin for further details.

    The creation of a new organization, or upgrade of an existing organization would fall under the new SonarQube Cloud Team plan. If you would like to explore the new features available in the SonarQube Cloud Enterprise plan we encourage you to contact sales here.

As an existing SonarQube Cloud customer with an annual subscription, what changes will I see?

  • If you have followed the instructions contained in the demo, and consulted the SonarQube Cloud documentation and still need help, please reach out to your account manager.

I am an existing SonarQube Cloud customer with a monthly subscription, and would like to create a new organization or upgrade an existing one, what do I do?

  • You will need to use the new SonarQube Cloud Team plan as of 1st August 2024. 

What are the LOC limitations?

  • The SonarQube Cloud Enterprise plan offers the opportunity to select the LoC subscription that matches your needs, no upper limit.
  • The SonarQube Cloud Team plan has a limit of 1.9M LoC.
  • The SonarQube Cloud Free plan has a limit of 50k LoC for private projects.
  • The SonarQube for OSS plan is dedicated to open source, public projects.

Where can I learn more about Premium support?

  • We will begin offering add-on packs that deliver features or services not generally applicable to most SonarQube Cloud customers. These packs will allow us to cater to specific needs and be available on an a-la-carte basis.
