Add repository

The 'Tools' menu provides the option to Create your first local repository. Any local repositories that you create here are registered automatically, and will appear in the repository dropdown referenced below.

 

Switching repository

A number of dialogs contain a repository dropdown to allow you to switch between, or add, different repositories.

When you want to access a repository that has been set up by a colleague, you will need to know its location so that you can register it. Once you know the location, click on one of:

• Add local: and browse to your repository directory,

• Add remote: and enter your URL,

• Add third-party: and browse to your cloud or Soda Dependency Database properties file. Details of the third-party properties file formats for Soda database repositories can be found here, with cloud-based repositories here.
