To help us reach our ambitious growth plans, we have opened a brand new role for a full-time in-house recruiter. The Recruiter Geek will likely enter the existing People & Culture team composed of 2 passionate members based in Geneva - we are lucky to operate in a rather flat and flexible organisation so this point will be discussed once we will have identified the right profile and skills set. The role can be based either in our Geneva, Switzerland headquarters or in our recently opened Austin, Texas office.
The mission of the recruiter is to partner up with the teams in their recruitment by extending their capabilities (sourcing, nurturing candidates, refining positions…), as well as by defining and implementing the recruitment strategy for SonarSource.
